Bio
I didn’t exactly start my media career in the usual way. My first role was as a Multimedia Illustrator in the U.S. Army—a job that eventually landed me at the Pentagon, where I spent more than three years and worked in a wide range of media from print, to animation, to running critical briefings for senior Army leaders in the tense year following 9/11.
When my service wrapped up, I traded Army greens for Oregon Ducks green, earning my degree with honors from the University of Oregon in 2005. Since then, my career has been a creative road trip through government agencies, fashion brands, tech start-ups, non-profits, sports companies, and outdoor adventure groups.
Along the way, I’ve managed cross-functional teams, mentored students and colleagues, and built learning materials for everyone from enterprise organizations to college classrooms. I’m a mix of collaboration, adaptability, and quick problem-solving built to deliver high-impact work—especially when the deadlines are tight and the stakes are high.
